For The Love Of The Child

I am delighted that finally, the other family (my nieces maternal side) has seen things through our eyes. After numerous phone calls, emails and text messages; they agreed to provide the necessary documents for my niece’s naturalization process. I must say that the conversations between the two families were a bit unpleasant at first, but they soon learned that self interest is not going to get them anywhere. They also realized that what we’re doing here will eventually benefit my niece, and secure her place for a bright future.

Thank heavens for a happy ending…

That’s a good news. Well isn’t it nice to stretch, or walk at the park and buy some ice cream? Celebrate…

thanks for the visit and your kind comment, k. it’s been a while, and i hope you’re well. speaking of celebration, we are going out tonight. dad’s treating us for some dimsum later, kaya nagpapakagutom na nga ako eh, heheheh 😉

Nell, good for your Niece. Sad to say but I’m sure she would have more opportunities there.

thank you, keith. we’re not taking my niece away from the other family naman. we just wanted for her to have that opportunity. at least when that time comes, eh at least free sya to come in and out of the US. dba 😉

i’m glad its a happy ending for your niece. at least now, mas maraming options ang open for her when the time comes that she can make her own decisions. 🙂

am very very happy, meeya. that we’re able to look pass our differences and think of a childs welfare instead. a bright future is all we can offer our niece and her transition to becoming an american citizen might secure her chances for a better life. dba? at least when the day comes that she’s ready to stay for good here in california or anywhere in the US, eh hindi sya mahihirapan pumasok kasi naturalized american citizen na sya. buti nalang talaga at pumayag ang kabilang pamilya, and for that i am grateful to them. thanks for the kind comment, mwaaah 🙂
