Two Old Friends

It started with an email, then a dinner invitation. It was a good six months wait and now it’s finally here. It’s a long wait and I’m very much delighted. Truly, it was an answered prayer. Able to reclaim, sixteen years of friendship.  There was mystic when we saw each other, what use to hurt has healed and tears of sadness turned tears of overjoy. One big hug and all my uncertainties disappeared. It’s a bit unusual, but it was as if nothing ill has happened. We stared at each others eyes, smiled while holding each others hand and exchange stories as if there was no tomorrow.

Time, does heal all wounds. And that love, does conquer all — even our inferiorities. I love you, my best friend!

This is Great news! Finally, you can stop taking those pills *wink* *wink*. You know I never liked the idea that you were taking them, in the first place. Stay happy, sweetie. You know we’re always here for you, though you hurt my feelings (Calling me a free rider, but then I AM – so what the hell!) Cheer up, Moron!

Oh oh oh, thanks for dinner. You know how I enjoy free meals. Now I know what you’re doing behind close doors!

cee cee, thanks for reminding me that im a “queer”. and you’re right, start from fresh. do i smell jealousy? you know i love you, too!

now as for getting me in trouble, thanks to you. actually, dad wasn’t mad. he just said that i should not have second thoughts asking him for help if needed. that’s about it =)

darling ken, how did you get here? must be cee cee. calling you a “freerider” is more like a term of endearment than it is an insult. besides, you were never a “freerider” — you just happen to like freebies, right?

glad you guys made it to dinner. it’s my pleasure having you. there won’t be any cooking in the kitchen this week though. how about hotdogs and pizza this friday at at&t park. see yah!

yes, that’s her! and i totally agree with you. im still shocked at all these good things happening right now. God is good, and he made me realize that life is too short to have bitterness in my heart. besides, my love for “her” is endless and she’ll always be very dear to me. glad the storms finally over.

thanks, bangge! have fun in KL =)
